When a refund request might succeed
Refunds are generally off the table for completed transactions. Wagering rules and what voids the bonus

Sports bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.80 (decimal format) for each single bet. Bets from sports betting, table games (roulette, sic bo, baccarat, live dealer and others) and various video poker games do not count toward wagering. Placing a bet higher than 2 EUR while a bonus is active is a violation and results in forfeiture of winnings. The purchase or activation of in-game bonus features or free spins while a bonus is active is strictly prohibited. Using the sports bonus on live games or slots results in forfeiture, and using the live bonus on sports betting or slots does the same. Placing a sports bet at odds below 1.80 is deemed non-qualifying and leads to confiscation of winnings.
